1. About these terms

These Terms govern your use of Le Main de Dieu. By creating an account, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Le Main de Dieu is a matching platform for deep-tech founders, co-founders, investors, and commercial partners. We provide a platform that helps connect counterparties. The information on the platform — profiles, mandates, evidence, capabilities — is provided by users themselves. We do not create, author, or endorse it.

3. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old. You may only create one account per person. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for the security of your account credentials.

4. What we do and do not do

What we do:

• Provide a platform where users publish their own information.
• Run matching algorithms to help identify relevant counterparties.
• Facilitate introductions when both parties agree to connect.

What we do not do:

• We do not verify user claims. We do not certify identity, capabilities, intentions, or the accuracy of any profile, mandate, or evidence submitted.
• We do not guarantee outcomes. We do not guarantee a match, an introduction, a meeting, or a deal.
• We do not act as an intermediary in any transaction between users.
• We are not a broker, dealer, or investment adviser in any jurisdiction.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you submit (your profile, mandates, evidence, messages). By submitting it, you grant us a limited licence to display it to other users as part of the matching service. You represent that you have the right to submit it and that it does not infringe any third party's rights.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Impersonate another person or organization.
• Submit false or misleading information.
• Scrape, harvest, or bulk-collect data from the platform.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
• Attempt to circumvent security measures.
• Use the platform for unlawful purposes.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Fees

Founder and co-founder accounts are free. Investor and commercial partner accounts are subject to the pricing shown on the Pricing page. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, about the service, its availability, or its fitness for any particular purpose. We do not warrant that any user is who they claim to be, that any information is accurate, or that any introduction will be fruitful.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, from introductions made through it, or from reliance on information provided by other users. Our total liability in any matter is limited to the fees you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or if required by law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction]. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of [Your Jurisdiction]. (Replace bracketed text with your actual jurisdiction before launch.)

12. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will require re-acceptance on your next sign-in.
